Hearts are brittle, delicate things,
Hers was torn in two.
He shattered it,
Stomped on it,
And lit the pieces on fire.
Depression set in and sadness
Took her by the hand.
Rivers of pain were cried many days
And hope was almost gone.
Then out of the black
